Our History
BHS, formerly known as Kin Wa Decoration Company, was established in 1980. Our company has been primarily focused on building decoration, renovation, and maintenance projects for residential estates, factories, restaurants, piers, and other types of buildings. In recent years, the Hong Kong government has provided support for the renovation and construction of numerous residential estates and buildings, leading to an increase in demand for our maintenance services. To expand our business and improve our organizational structure, we established BHS Limited on January 13, 2015.
Our company provides a wide range of decoration and construction services for projects of various scales, from small businesses to large corporations and individual homeowners. We offer services such as design, construction, renovation, and maintenance, and our team includes registered architects and engineers who serve as technical advisors.
We also collaborate with other companies to work on government projects such as the maintenance of the MTR and the airport. Our company, as well as our partner companies, hold licenses such as registered minor works contractors, electrical contractors, and class 1 plumbing contractors issued by the Hong Kong Buildings Department.
Since our restructure, we have extended our services to the Estate Management Agency, building owners’ incorporated owners, real estate developers, architects, and consulting firms. To date, we have completed over 500 individual projects.
